Undocumented and Under Documented Students (AB540) Resources
Financial Resources for AB540 students
Saint Mary's College is committed to creating an equitable, diverse, and inclusive learning environment where all of our students are provided with the tools they need to support their personal, academic, and career growth. Following are a number of helpful resources to assist our AB540 students, including information on financing their education, such as the Cal Grant Dream Act, merit based scholarships, and outside scholarships.
Cal Grant Dream Act
Need-based aid will be made available to AB540 students during the academic year through the California Student Aid Commission's (CSAC) Cal Grant program. This is offered to students that graduated from a California high school and meet the income and asset requirement set forth by CSAC. Students should go on the Dream Act website to get further information on the process.
